Browse products on the Shop page, click “Add to Cart” on the product you like, then go to your Cart, review items and proceed to checkout.

Yes, you need to create an account with your email or Google login. This helps you view order history, manage addresses and track your orders easily.

Currently we are testing integration with secure payment gateways. In the final production website, you will be able to pay using UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via trusted providers like Razorpay or Cashfree.

After login, go to the My Orders page. All your past and current orders will be listed with status. We are also working on adding courier tracking details for each shipment.

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective or wrong item delivered. For full details, please read our Return & Refund Policy.

We use secure authentication and trusted payment gateways. Your card/UPI details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored on GT Mall servers. Read our Privacy Policy for more.
